What counts as urgent for us
- Active overflow or flooding risk
- No flush in the only toilet
- Burst or major joint failure
- Water near electrical fittings — shut water if safe, keep clear of electrics, call us
What we will not say
We will not advertise 24/7 or ~30-minute guaranteed arrival. If you WhatsApp outside hours, we reply with the next real slot.

Are you 24/7?
No. Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00. After-hours only if a crew member is available.
Can you come tonight?
Only if someone is free. We will say yes or no clearly — no false promises.
