How we work — photo, from-price, confirm, tidy leave
A short, honest process. No surprise invoices after the fact. No claim that we are always available at 2am.
1. Send a clear photo
WhatsApp the fault: underside of a dripping mixer, inside of a cistern tank, floor trap with cover off (if safe), or damp patch with a wider room shot. Add your postcode or block and when someone will be home.
2. We give a from-price
For straightforward items we can often name a from-price from the photos. If we need to open a wall, chase a concealed leak, or replace a WC, we book a site survey from $50 and confirm the full price before work starts.
3. Confirm and we attend
You approve the price. We attend Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00, same-day when the crew is slotted. After-hours only if someone is available — we say so honestly.
4. Fix, test, tidy leave
We carry out the agreed scope, water-test where relevant, and leave the work area clean.
